Saturday morning’s cooking class will include a discussion of:
• fresh ingredients: the ultimate impact on the final product
• food preparation and storage
• kitchen 'tools'
• one basic ingredient, three sauces!
Your weekend includes a two hour class on Saturday, time to relax and enjoy the area, a 3-course food & wine dinner, your accommodations on Saturday evening, some special surprises and a wonderful breakfast the next morning.
